Max is one of the leading real estate and agribusiness consultants in Latin America. He is bilingual in English/Spanish and is a British Chartered Surveyor, having qualified in London in 2001 with 24 years of real estate experience.

Max lives and works in both Mexico and Argentina and covers all of LatAm. He has worked on a variety of real estate and agricultural projects in 18 countries in Latin America and throughout Europe. Max has also worked in the areas of real estate Fund Management, Investment, Brokerage and Asset Management on both the client and broker side.

He has worked in London, Madrid and Mexico City and has spent the last 16 years working in Spanish-speaking countries (5 years in Spain and 11 years in Mexico/Argentina).

Max has an excellent in-depth knowledge of the valuation, consultancy and brokerage process and has valued all the foremost real estate asset types, including land, agricultural projects, offices, shopping centres, residential, industrial and hotels.

He is responsible for overseeing and working on a variety of valuation and consulting, and brokerage projects within Avison Young in various markets.

His clients include Private and Institutional Funds, Banks, Governments, Private Companies and Individuals.
