Alexandre Clarke is the Director of Financial Analysis within Avison Young’s Québec Capital Markets Team. In this role, he oversees a team of underwriters and analysts who provide fundamental analysis and financial modeling services for individual assets and portfolios. He also oversees the transactional due diligence process and the development of dynamic investment and portfolio management models.

Prior to joining Avison Young in March of 2023, Alexandre had joined JLL in 2018 and has since underwritten over $3.5 billion in closed investment transactions across the multifamily, office, retail, and industrial sectors. He has advised both private and institutional owners of real estate, including Ivanhoé Cambridge, Cominar, Manulife, Summit REIT, Dream REIT, Canderel, InterRent, AimCo, and Hazelview. 

Alexandre previously worked at Otéra Capital and Transport Canada and offers clients over 15 years of commercial real estate and financial modeling experience.
