Mr. Fraser currently serves as Director within the Investment Management group with responsibility for US portfolio strategy, asset management, and acquisitions. He is currently in charge of the group’s United States portfolio which holds a mix of industrial and multi-family properties, including development projects.

Andrew began his real estate career in 2008 and has since been involved with the financing, sale or acquisition of over $1B USD of real estate across property classes. Prior to joining the Investment Management group, Mr. Fraser worked in the Toronto based Capital Markets team working on both investment sales and debt financing for owners. Previously Andrew held Associate positions with both DTZ Barnicke and Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada’s Real Estate Group.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in real estate from the University of Guelph and is an active member of The Association for International Real Estate Investors (AFIRE).
