Anne joined Avison Young in 2015 as a Client Services Coordinator, providing critical and comprehensive support to a top-producing industrial brokerage team.  Anne is a licensed real estate broker and is responsible for keeping a fast-paced, high-volume industrial team running smoothly at all times. She manages all aspects of her team’s daily operations, providing a seamless interface for broker and client interactions. Some of her responsibilities include the creation and distribution of marketing materials, transaction management, RFP preparation and analysis, client reporting, managing team listings across multiple platforms and coordinating broker events. Her attention to detail and customer service skills ensure client satisfaction throughout each and every project’s life cycle.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Anne spent more than 22 years at Colliers International, holding many positions throughout her career.  As a Transaction Manager, she supported a team of high-level brokers and a C-Level management team within their Corporation Solutions Group. As part of this role, she served as a liaison between local real estate professionals and executives for many Fortune 500 accounts such as GM, General Electric and Sears Holdings.  Also while at Colliers, she held a positions as a Lease Portfolio Administrator and an Assistant Property Manager for several managed portfolios such as JP Morgan, Heitman Properties and James Campbell which increased revenue for the company during her tenure.
