Artem is a Senior Surveyor in the valuations department at Avison Young, and has considerable experience in the valuation of various asset types, including offices, retail, industrial, residential, and development land. Artem is skilled in producing specialised valuation models, such as residual valuations, discounted cashflows, cost/benefit analyses, and detailed investment appraisals to support his valuation advice.

In addition to valuations, Artem is experienced in capital markets instructions, providing clients with up-to-date advice on the investment market, as well as being involved in both sales and acquisitions.

Artem holds an M.Sc. Real Estate from Technological University Dublin, a PSRA licence and is an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (AssocSCSI).
