Ben joined Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services in March 2022 as a Senior Portfolio Manager.

Based in Washington, DC, Ben currently manages a commercial portfolio consisting of office, retail, residential and land assets across multiple markets. With a degree in Business Management from Wake Forest University, Ben leans on his past experiences to address each unique problem that comes with managing commercial real estate operations. Having managed over 15 million square feet in his career, Ben strives to enhance the financial performance and operating efficiency of managed assets by leveraging all aspects of the property management and engineering team. Currently an IREM Certified Property Manager, Ben also achieved IREM 30 under 30 in 2020, an RPA designation in 2019 and is an active Board Member of IREM Chapter 77.
