Bob Levine has been with Avison Young since 1994 and is one of the founding partners of the company. Bob has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing and advisory roles. He has been responsible for billions of dollars in transactions which include the sale of office buildings, shopping centres, multi-famly blocks, hotels, life science facilities, industrial properties and development sites. Bob has also arranged and negotiated many large scale joint ventures for both development and investment opportunities.

In addition to his role as a very experienced real estate negotiator, Bob is involved in senior management and executive roles within Avison Young and is one of the company’s larger shareholders. He currently sits on the Canadian and Global Executive Committees for the company and, after 10 years as a member of the company’s Board of Directors, has retired from that position.

Some recent transactions with which Bob was involved include the sale for $100 million of an industrial portfolio in Chilliwack; the sale of an office building at 815 Hornby for $95 million; the sale of Pacific Corporate Centre, a new distribution centre, for $130 million; the sale and leaseback of three Lower Mainland hotels and casinos for $600 million; the sale of a Downtown Vancouver apartment building in the mid $50 millions; and the assembly of development lands in the Brentwood area of Burnaby for $250 million.
