Brian specializes in representing tenants in office and industrial leasing and sales transactions. Before joining Avison Young, Brian was part of the Colliers Occupier Services Bay Area team, a tenant representation group serving clients office, industrial and workplace needs in the San Francisco Bay Area. Brian provides his clients with a platform of integrated services including Strategic Planning; Transaction Management; Portfolio Management; Financial Analysis; Site Selection; Project Management; Workplace Strategy; and more. He has represented a range of companies from venture-funded growth-stage startups to the Fortune 500.

He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, Bay Area native, non-profit board member and the Vice President of The Guardsmen, a San Francisco-based volunteer organization benefitting underserved youth in the Bay Area.  He and his wife, Katie live in San Francisco with their two daughters.  Brian is an avid fly fisherman, loves golf and when not in the “city by the bay”, he can usually be found at his home-away-from-home – Ennis, Montana.
