Carmen Lewis has over 20 years of administrative and residential property management experience. Carmen started her professional career in residential real estate as a Property Manager with Picerne Development.She held other Assistant and Property Manager roles with Gables Residential Services and Bridge Real Estate Group/Waypoint Property Management. Her most recent position was Assistant Property Manager for Mid-America Apartment LLP., where she was responsible for assisting with the daily community operations to include leasing, rent collections, lease execution, renewals, maintenance, contractor services, expense controls and resident relations.Prior to joining Mid America Apartments, Carmen was the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of Homeless Services Network of Central Florida, providing administrative support to the CEO, Board of Directors and Agencies within the continuum of Care.
