Chad Buch joined Avison Young in 2024 as the National Manager for Industrial / Supply Chain & Logistics Market Intelligence.

Prior to joining AY and relocating back to the east coast, Chad spent 11 years at JLL based at the Chicago Global Headquarters imbedded within the firm’s largest industrial brokerage team. Chad was the longest tenured member of JLL’s Chicago research team and co-led the industrial research platform covering over 1.3 billion square feet of inventory across three-state market. Along with his partner, he produced five seasons of JLL’s award-winning Podcast, Chicago Industrial Real Time available on Spotify and iTunes discussing trends in the industry and interviewing a diverse range of clients and guests. Throughout his time at JLL he was viewed as an invaluable resource to the brokerage’s leadership and a key driver of new business with occupier and investor clients. Chad was a member of JLL’s Industrial Research Leadership Council and served on the JLL Young Guns as a mentor. Within the community, Chad served on the boards of two City of Chicago neighborhood planning and zoning committees.
