Prior to joining Avison Young, Chas was an Associate Director of Corporate Services at Cresa, where he specialized in tenant representation and corporate services. Mr. Simcox’s practice is national in scope representing corporate users with portfolios across North America. Fresenius Medical Care (2021-current): As an integrated part of the corporate real estate team, he represents the corporate portfolio in renewal, relocation and new market location projects throughout the United States.

APi Group (2019-current): As the only “preferred provider” for APi Group, Chas drives strategy with leadership and manages transactions for 34 subsidiaries, including over 300 locations across North America.

Thrivent (2020-current): Chas works as part of Thrivent’s real estate team to manage a corporate portfolio of over 200 national advisory offices. His responsibilities include lease renewals, relocations, and sourcing new locations.
