Chris comes to Avison Young with more than 20 years’ experience in valuation for local, national, and international real estate firms. In this new role, he will be focused on business development, multi-family, land & development, and self-storage valuations.

Chris’ valuation knowledge coupled with his background in development, brokerage, investment and land sales will make him a multi-faceted, sought-after expert on the team. He has worked with a broad range of clients across Canada. Chris is an accredited appraiser and chartered surveyor.
