Christopher Megnin is a Senior Project Manager for the Land Development Services group operating in Avison Young’s New Jersey Office.  Mr. Megnin is responsible for managing several projects within the constraints of scope, schedule, quality and budget, and to deliver the specified requirements that meet and exceed the client’s expectations. Market Sector specialist for delivering full project life cycle of industrial, manufacturing, food manufacturing, financial, self storage and multi-pad sites Land Development projects. 

Prior to rejoining Avison Young, Mr. Megnin worked for Wonder, a food technology start-up where he was a Senior Manager of Construction responsible for design oversight and construction of research / development and culinary kitchen renovations culinary training centers and food truck vehicle hubs.  

Prior to Wonder, Chris Megnin served as a Project Manager for Avison Young where he managed ground-up construction in the financial, commercial and warehouse sectors.
