Christian has over 3 years in real estate business, however in spite of his short career, Christian has become a leading associate at Colwell Banker Commercial and DTZ, always working directly under Guillermo and Emile’s guidance.
He is currently part of the corporate services team assisting companies such as Bradesco Bank, Spotify, Lloyds of London,  Sonoco, Heartland Food Products, Nextel, helping with built to suit projects, relocations, expansions, early terminations and lease negotiation,  solving their office and industrial requirements.
Prior to his joining Avison Young he was with DTZ managing the Corporate accounts and Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) and started his professional career in the financial sector as a lead analyst for Banorte-Ixe. He is fully bilingual.
He holds a bachelors degree in Strategic Administration from the Universidad Intercontinental and a diplomed in Real Estate Finances.
