Cindy Erwin serves as Associate Director of Project Management and brings 25+ years of construction experience in office, retail, medical office, industrial, and capital projects and tenant improvement. Prior to joining Avison Young, Cindy served as Vice President of Project Management for Madison Marquette in Southern and Northern California. 

In the last five years, Cindy has overseen over $21 million in capital improvements, research & development, elevator modernizations, and tenant improvement projects. She has extensive experience serving as an interface between the tenant, leasing director, property manager, and all design/construction management team members which includes all municipal code compliance and ownership approvals. 

Cindy has been instrumental in preparing due diligence documents for various owners. She also coordinates with architects and engineers to communicate tenant’s design needs and provides oversight to the general contractor throughout the construction process, including pricing, review and approvals.
