Corey is an Edmonton based Principal of Avison Young with over twenty years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. After graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1995, Corey commenced his real estate career with Avison Young. The first three years of his career were spent as an assistant to Graeme Young; learning all aspects of the Investment Sales business and the commercial real estate industry. From 1998 to 2005 he worked as an Associate for the firm and in late 2005 he became a Principal with Avison Young.

His expertise is Investment Sales with a focus on Industrial, Retail and Office properties. Over his twenty year career, Corey has worked with REIT’s, Pension Funds, Pension Fund Advisors, Private Investors, Limited Partnerships and select Owner/Users.

With an in-depth knowledge of the market, a collaborative approach with others, Corey works hard to understand the needs of clients and deliver solutions that meet or exceed those needs.
