Dafne Huacuz joined Avison Young in February 2022 as a Learning Specialist. She works in the learning and development department and implements the planning and advancement of learning programs, content, and experiences within the organization. 
 
Prior to joining Avison Young, she earned her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University. The university’s program takes a unique approach in applying psychological principles to analyze organizations and their people to create strategies to motivate, develop, improve, and inspire. Throughout her education Dafne was exposed to methods that tackle issues of critical relevance to businesses, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance. 
 
In her personal life, Dafne likes to spend her time with her friends and family and playing with her beloved dog, Bumi.
