David Gibbons is a Facilities Manager for Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services group based in New York.

He is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management, operations, tenant relations and capital renovations for a regional portfolio comprised of commercial, retail, and residential assets. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, David’s background was in facilities management with a strong focus in the tech industry where he managed Google’s Boston offices as well as Google’s YouTube Studio located in Chelsea market. Additionally, David oversaw the operational move and expansion for 2U, Inc. 

David is a LEED Green Associate and has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
