David Si joined Avison Young in April 2024 as the Market Intelligence Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division. David’s responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining the investment comparable database for all asset classes in British Columbia and preparing semi-annual market research reports.

Prior to joining Avison Young, David interned at PwC and served in the South Korean military. David attended the University of Toronto, where he earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Art History.

Outside of work, David enjoys playing golf and tennis, traveling, and cheering for Liverpool FC.
