Davon is a proficient office, retail, and industrial leasing and sales broker, specializing in the vibrant boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens.

His remarkable accomplishments include orchestrating the sale of a condominium unit to the Transit Workers Union (TWU), facilitating Ascend Public Charter's leasing of 48,499 square feet of space, procuring land for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and securing multiple program spaces for RiseBoro Community Partnership throughout Brooklyn.
