Deana Griffin is the Transition Controller for Property Management Accounting for Avison Young’s Real Estate Management Services Group. With over 17 years of progressive experience in real estate and property management accounting, Deana brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and hands-on experience to ensure high quality services to clients.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Deana was Controller with Ambling Property Investments, in which she oversaw corporate accounting, as well as accounting for multiple property portfolios. She also used her financial analysis and auditing skills to streamline and improve accounting procedures. Her combination of accounting and banking knowledge lends itself to focused insight and achievement of operational excellence.
