Eliott has been practising since 2018, gaining RTPI accreditation in 2020, and has experience working in both the public and private sector on an eclectic range of sites. Since joining Avison Young, he has provided high quality support to a range of complex planning applications in the south-west, including high-profile City Centre regeneration schemes like the Former Avon Fire Service HQ and the Grade II* Listed Generator Building. He has also led on a number of smaller schemes, including securing consent for 57 new homes in north Bristol; the refurbishment of an office building in Cheltenham and Listed Building Consent for works to a number of Grade II and Grade II* courts across the UK.
