Professional Background

Eric Williams joined Avison Young in 2021 as a Property Manager. Eric currently oversees the United Steelworkers Building in downtown Pittsburgh and the TechMill 41 building in Lawrenceville, PA. 

Previously, Eric worked with Parkhurst Dining at Robert Morris University. Over his eight years there, Eric held the positions of Business Manager and Director of Operations. Eric also has area management experience with two previous companies, one franchise and one corporate. 

Education/Personal

A native of Mt. Lebanon, PA, Eric received a Bachelor of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Eric is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA). Eric enjoys many outdoor activities, including skiing, mountain biking and golfing.
