Erik Dierdorff is the Talent Acquisition Lead, US for Avison Young. He works closely with the North American HR team, corporate leadership and hiring managers on multiple recruitment initiatives. Erik specifically focused on building out the AVANT Technology team, optimizing the iCims Applicant Tracking System and establishing recruitment processes and procedures. 

Erik’s most recent experience involved working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with IBM, and prior to that he was at Merge Healthcare, a SaaS company that grew from 300 – 1,000 prior to divesting to IBM Watson Health. Erik is experienced in recruiting across multiple industries and has focused on recruiting technology, sales, marketing, and operations professionals. Erik enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with family and friends.
