As Associate Director, Erik Hedegaard is responsible for the oversight of four properties totaling 2.6 million square feet (msf) of office space in the Houston market, including negotiation of all service contracts, construction, capital projects, tenant relations and client relations.

Previously, Erik was a Senior Property Manager where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Sugar Creek on the Lake, a 515,156 sf office building located on 24 acres of land consisting of lakes and three large parking garage facilities.

Erik has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, ranging from oversight of property and parking operations in both owner-managed and third-party environments to financial analysis of real estate assets. After beginning his real estate career with Gerald Hines in Houston in 1988, Erik spent 18 years with Wedge Real Estate Holdings, Inc. where he served as Senior Vice President, Director of Property Management responsible for managing four parking garage facilities of over 2,000 parking spaces and 1.5 msf of office, retail, industrial, and privately owned real estate assets. During this time, he negotiated outside contract services on a portfolio-wide basis including purchase of electricity for all properties located in Texas, Massachusetts, and Connecticut
