Fergal is Managing Director of the Company and Head of the Estate Agency Department. Fergal is a Chartered Surveyor (MSCSI, MRICS) with a broad range of experience across all sectors of the property market, specialising in offices, investments and land acquisitions and disposals on behalf of a variety of corporate and Semi-State clients. Fergal is also recognised as a leading “Tenant Rep” advisor, having led the acquisition of several headquarter office premises on behalf of national and multi-national occupiers.
