In Fred Nall’s role as General Manager, he oversees the Sason portfolio nationally, SkyCenter One, and additional properties for the Florida REMS team. Fred is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the management of class A and B office buildings, industrial properties, and multiple tenants and projects. With a strong background in Facility Management, Fred is truly able to understand building and component issues, and project management. 

Prior to joining Avison Young, he was the Portfolio Manager for Gramercy Property Trust during 2018; the Corporate Director of Facilities for Mainsail Management Group for over 18 years; and was with Johnson & Johnson Medical for 15 years, finishing his time there as the Facility Manager.

Fred has been a member of the International Facilities Managers Association since 1997. He was the owner’s rep during a tenant build out worth over $20m in 2014-15 as a fortune 100 business moved into one of his properties in Tampa.
