With three decades of commercial real estate experience, Gail is a senior real estate expert with a long history of professional accomplishments in the Atlanta area, throughout the U.S. and in the international arena. She joined Avison Young in the Atlanta office in 2012 as a Principal specializing in Office Tenant Representation, after spending 18 years with Grubb & Ellis as a Senior Vice President and member of the National Tenant Advisory Group.

In her career, Gail has been responsible for lease and sale transaction volume in excess of $730 million. Her experience includes real estate project feasibility, strategic planning, tenant and project representation for lease and sales transactions, financial analysis, site acquisition and investment sales transactions. She has a proven track record of providing innovative solutions to real estate challenges and will be integrally involved in all aspects of the project execution.

Gail’s ongoing special focus encompasses office-tenant representation and multi-market advisory for corporate and international clients. She also performs significant work with foreign governments, assisting them with the location and selection of Consulate offices and other regional offices.

A selection of corporate client experience includes: MassMutual, Wells Fargo, CAPE, Univision, Verint, Capital on Tap, Bestar, FOX Sports South, MetLife, United Technologies Corp., The Hartford, and Northern Trust Bank. Gail also has acted on behalf of foreign governments and international institutions such as Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, the Province of Quebec and the Rhone-Alpes Region of France, as well as the French Olympic Committee and the German-American Chamber of Commerce.

Gail served as President of the CoreNet Global Atlanta Chapter in 2017, and President of the SIOR Georgia Chapter in 2013. She is also an officer on the Executive Committee of the Voices of Note Board. Gail graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism/Business Administration and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). In addition, she holds the CoreNet Global MCR designation. Gail is a licensed real estate broker in six U.S. states.
