Gary Ferguson is the Financial Systems Manager for Avison Young’s (AY) Real Estate Management Services Group. Gary has worked in the real estate property management accounting and information technologies fields for over 30 years. Gary brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and hands on experience to ensure high quality services to our AY clients.

Over the years, Gary has specialized in the implementation and design process, project management, technology deployments, and training end users on many different property management accounting systems. His combination of accounting and IT skills lends itself to focused insight and achievement of operational excellence.

For the past 8 years, he was responsible for IT and property management accounting systems in the DC Metro area as an IT Vendor Manager for Avison Young. Prior to joining Avison Young in 2013, Gary was Vice President, Information System at McShea and Company, Inc. for 18 years.
