Gavin Farnam leads Avison Young’s U.S. Retail Services and Platform, which includes retail property management, leasing and marketing.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Gavin was President, Retail Services of Madison Marquette leading the firm’s retail property management and leasing teams across more than 10 million square feet throughout the United States. He applies more than 20 years of commercial real estate and leadership experience, which includes 10 years at Westfield, to all facets of retail operations and leasing. 

Gavin previously served as Retail Practice Leader for a top global firm’s Retail Property Management business in the Americas. His leadership helped to build a fully integrated retail platform that included specialty experts and capabilities for all aspects of retail services. He excels at aligning investor objectives with customized retail solutions to achieve significant retail management growth and has built a reputation based on service and execution. Gavin also led an office and industrial portfolio of over 30 million square feet across Sacramento, Reno and Las Vegas.
