Gerald Coleman is a Sales Representative based out of the Avison Young office in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He specializes in retail sales and leasing, acting on behalf of tenants, landlords and investors across Atlantic Canada.

Originally from Newfoundland, Gerald’s life started in family business where he learned first-hand the operations of hard and soft goods retail. Upon completing university, he worked as a human resources professional in Alberta’s energy sector. In 2012 he settled in Halifax and previous to joining Avison Young, provided site selection services for retailers from various sectors including quick service food and beverage, fitness, health and wellness, pharmacy, grocery and pet retail.

A regular attendee of International Council of Shopping Centres conferences, Gerald maintains lasting relationships throughout the Canadian and Atlantic retail markets. His clients range from creative local entrepreneurs and landlords to sophisticated international occupiers.
