Gina Iverson started with Avison Young as Director, Operations US Property Management in January 2022. In this role she is responsible for the national operations platform for real estate management services. This includes collaborating with the REMS Managing Director, market leaders, managers, property accounting, IT and HR to bring streamline processes and ensure efficiencies across the platform. She has a career that spans over 25 years in the commercial real estate industry. Gina started her career in Phoenix, Arizona in day-to-day property management. After successfully performing roles from assistant, manager and senior manager, she was promoted to a regional director role on the national operations team. In this role she managed operations for the West Region which included 250,000 msf. During the 9 years in this capacity, Gina worked on transitions and acquisitions, annual building audits, operations policy and procedure platform and market training. From there she was promoted to Market Leader for Asset Services for the Hawaii Market. After successfully working as market leader, she left CBRE after 21 years to work with her husband behind the scenes at his commercial service business to prepare the company to sell. After the business sold in 2019, Gina went to work as the business manager of a private school on Maui, HI for 2 years where her son attended high school. She ran all office related functions including HR/payroll, audits, budgets and other accounting and business items. She left the school when her family moved back to Arizona August 2021.

Gina has served on the boards of BOMA Phoenix, Lahaina Swim Club and a local Phoenix Non-Profit Children group that matched children with mentors. She graduated from University of Cincinnati in 1995. She holds Real Estate Salesperson licenses in Arizona and Hawaii.
