Glenda Rifkin joined Avison Young in October 2012 as Senior Property Manager, managing a retail portfolio of 500,000 sq. ft. predominantly located in the Southeastern United States.

With over 32 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, and extensive experience in managing retail, bank owned and industrial assets, Glenda was promoted to General Manager – Property Management in 2019. This role additionally encompasses overseeing all compliance aspects, and well as transitioning/on-boarding of new assets and portfolios.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Glenda was a Senior Property Manager with Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC and DBR Asset Management, LLC.
