A 33-year commercial real estate industry veteran, Hayden assists local and regional financial institutions with meeting their occupancy requirements, as well as representing landlords in the leasing and disposition of commercial property. He advises clients on their long-term corporate planning initiatives and business development goals and works to create strategies aimed at negotiating optimal facility requirements.
