Hillary Steinberg joined Avison Young in July 2022 as Vice President - Retail, specializing in Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and Investment Sales with a focus on multi-tenant shopping centers and single net tenant assets throughout Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson.
Hillary began her career at Homart Development Company, a subsidiary of Sears, one of the largest builders of shopping centers in the United States, purchased by General Growth Properties in 1994. Her property portfolio included regional shopping centers, high-rise office buildings and ground-up development. Most recently, Hillary was a Senior Advisor for MDL Group in Las Vegas with a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of rentable area.
