Ian Gascoigne brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. Ian has throughout his career, provided lease advisory services to a wide range of developer, investor and occupier clients. Throughout this time, Ian has focused his work within the industrial and logistics sector, recognising early, the ability to provide specialist and tailored advice within this dynamic sector, enables clients to outperform on their own target parameters. Ian has developed his skillset whilst at Fuller Peiser, CBRE and Gerald Eve, before joining Avison Young in 2021.
