Janice Duffy joined Avison Young in 2016 as a Facility Operations Manager working with the management at 33 properties throughout the U.S. and Canada. 

Janice previously spent 12 years working at Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town under various owners/ managers including Rose Associates, Tishman Speyer, CompassRock Real Estate, and CWCapital.Janice started as a Resident Services representative and was promoted to Project Management where she was instrumental in managing the property wide project to upgrade and replace the aging intercoms in Stuyvesant Town.Janice then transitioned to an Operations and Management role, taking on the role of Office Manager for the onsite Management Office.In this role, she was called upon to oversee the creation, operation and maintenance of multiple satellite offices on the property after Hurricane Sandy forced the closure of the main Management Office.Janice then joined the Senior Leadership team under CompassRock Real Estate and CWCapital.
