Jared is the Regional Valuation Director for the Leeds office. He has nearly 20 years’ experience of valuing commercial, industrial and residential property throughout the Yorkshire and Humberside Region. He provides valuations for loan security purposes of property held as investments, development land and owner occupied. Clients include all of the major clearing banks, several building societies and foreign based banks as well as other UK lenders including Asset Based lenders.

Valuations are also provided for financial reporting, taxation, corporate transactions and purchase/sale negotiations. His experience covers the commercial and industrial sectors as well as residential / housebuilding and student accommodation.
