As the Florida Regional Lead of Market Intelligence, Jason Steele navigates the space where technology and real estate intersect. Throughout the state of Florida, he leads the business development efforts for Avison Young's proprietary real estate technology platform, AVANT, and also acts as a strategic partner with brokers and clients to provide data-driven insights that help guide real estate decisions.

Jason first joined Avison Young as a Senior Insight Analyst in March 2022. He oversaw the market research and analysis of the Northern Florida markets including Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jason worked as a research manager for over five years at CoStar’s Richmond Virginia research headquarters. Jason’s experience at CoStar provided him with a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends, and provide meaningful insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.
