As Principal and Global Chief of Staff, Jayne McColl serves on the Global Executive Committee and contributes to the growth and strategy at Avison Young. With more than 15 years of CRE experience, Jayne works collaboratively with internal stakeholders including the board of directors and works directly with the CEO on a wide range of projects.

Jayne is a champion of the unique and strong culture at Avison Young and serves as a Council member of the company’s DEI Committee.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jayne was the Operations Manager for the Calgary office of Colliers International.
