Jean Pierre joined Avison Young in 2018, after serving as Senior Vice President for Investment Properties at a large commercial real estate agency in Montreal, where he had worked since the early 2000s. Jean Pierre has extensive experience in commercial real estate, which allows him to offer a full range of consulting services for real estate transactions.

Jean Pierre specializes in investment properties including office buildings, shopping centers, multi-residential and industrial buildings, as well as buildings belonging to religious communities. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge of real estate appraisal and financial analysis, having also been a part-time trainer for twenty years with young candidates for the title of chartered appraiser.

Jean Pierre has many years of experience in commercial real estate and has held the position of senior manager at Samson Bélair / Deloitte & Touche, in addition to acting as a chartered appraiser within the Altus Group (LCBA Group).
