Jill Sparks joins Avison Young Valuation and Advisory Services with over 18 years of real estate appraisal experience, specializing in new construction, multifamily, and land lease appraisals. In her role as staff appraiser, Jill works closely with Senior Valuation team members responsible for researching property, comparables, market, and property type data as well as assisting in the development of appraisal reports.

Previously, Jill served as a Certified Residential Appraiser and Owner of 5280 Valuations Inc and Vail Valley Appraisals.  Her experience extends to property management, commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and REO management as well as being a license realtor in Colorado.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from The University of Colorado and University of Kansas. Jill is currently working towards her Certified General Commercial Appraisal license.
