Joe Stockman joined Avison Young in 2023 as the Market Intelligence Analyst for the Minneapolis – St. Paul Market within the Central Region, as part of the Avison Young Market Intelligence team. 

Prior to joining AY, Joe spent 2 years as a Sr. Valuation Associate at a top 5 commercial real estate firm. Focusing on the preparation of property appraisals across all property types, with a focus on agricultural and specialty property types, he was exposed to various real estate concepts and provided high-level advisory and insight through numerous appraisal reports.

Prior to his role as Sr. Valuation Associate, he attended college at the University of Minnesota - Mankato, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in business administration. During his time within the role, he also completed numerous courses through the Appraisal institute, obtaining his MN State Trainee Appraiser License (#40830424).
