Jonathan is a lease advisory expert working predominantly in the leisure sector for both landlord and tenant clients. He negotiates rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears on all types of leisure properties including pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos, cinemas and bowling alleys.

He regularly acts as an expert witness in rent review and lease renewal disputes and is on the RICS Chairman's panel of Independent Expert dispute resolvers. He is an RICS Registered Valuer participating in portfolio valuations and providing advice to a variety of operators, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.
