Jonathan joins Avison Young as a Vice President in the Boston office. With a career spanning 18 years, Jon brings a wealth of commercial real estate expertise to Avison Young. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jon spent eight years as Director of Sales in the Northeast for CoreSite, a REIT that owns and operates data centers throughout the US. In this role, Jon was responsible for leasing space to New England-based enterprise customers throughout CoreSite’s national portfolio. 

Before CoreSite, Jon dedicated two years to Nexamp, a leading commercial solar development firm, spearheading new business development and project site selection. Earlier in his career, Jon honed his skills in commercial real estate brokerage, amassing eight years of experience in the field.
