Joshua Goldman is a Executive Director in Avison Young’s New York City office.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Goldman was a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he had worked since 2006.

He has represented owners of office properties in New York, Florida, Colorado, Illinois and Connecticut. Some of his leasing agencies included 200 Madison Avenue, 555 Madison Avenue, 404 Fifth Avenue, 20 East 46th Street and 16 East 34th Street in New York, as well as 205 West Randolph Street in Chicago and 8400 West Prentice Avenue in the Denver Tech Center.

Goldman has been responsible for more than 100 leasing transactions in the APF Portfolio (286 Madison Avenue, 1156 Avenue of the Americas, 25 West 45th Street and 28 West 44th Street). In addition, he was an Associate in the healthcare practice group and represents the Renfrew Center nationally. Goldman has also worked at Loeb Partners Realty and George Comfort & Sons as an asset manager and brokerage capacity.

Previously, Goldman represented Kleinfeld in its historic move from Brooklyn to its flagship store in Chelsea. He also represented the buyer in the purchase of 760 Market Street in San Francisco for $374 million.

In 2022, Goldman represented the sellers in a three-building office portfolio sale in the Old Port district of Portland, Maine. In addition, he advised several wholesale jewelry companies on their expansion on 5^th Ave and vicinity for over 36,000 SF of long term leases.
