Kara Flanagan is a 20+ year veteran of commercial real estate. She directs the management and operation consisting of office, medical office and industrial properties throughout the region. Her responsibilities include asset management, budget formulation and analyses, cost control, lease administration and tenant construction. Her specialties in real estate include the development and implementation of policies and procedures for property management and leasing, contract negotiations, project management, feasibility studies and asset valuation.

Ms. Flanagan earned her Bachelor’s degree from Catholic University of America. Ms. Flanagan is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is currently pursuing the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation, through the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).
