Katrina Fiege started her career in commercial real estate in 2017, working with a wide variety of clients as a tenant representative for office space users. She acquired experience developing and understanding client needs and objectives to optimize space requirements always remaining aware of evolving needs. With a solid foundation developed through diverse family businesses, she has established a good knowledge of commercial real estate through her collaborations with a varied clientele of office, retail and industrial space users. 

Katrina has developed innovative negotiation strategies with the ultimate goal of achieving financial objectives and long-term strategies. She continually applies best practices in negotiating terms and conditions to the benefit of her clients with focus, motivation and structure. She leverages her studies in Public Relations from Ottawa University, her strong networking skills and relationships to uncover new opportunities. Katrina is passionate about real estate and clients appreciate working with her for her competitive edge, her drive and her authenticity.
