As Principal and President of Occupier Services, Keith Knox is responsible for the acceleration of the firm’s global occupier platform, helping clients achieve critical outcomes related to portfolio optimization, space utilization, cost management, employee productivity and more. Keith integrates Avison Young’s existing occupier offerings, tapping into leading data and technology tools – including AVANT by Avison Young. He is responsible for creating connections and processes to make client-centric services seamless across geographies, service lines and sectors. 

He has more than 26 years of extensive experience in building processes, tools, metrics, and go-to-market strategies for integrated businesses. Keith also serves on Avison Young’s Executive Committee and partners with the company’s national Presidents and Service Line leaders across the globe.  

Prior to Avison Young, Keith was Managing Director and North American lead for JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services business, where he managed Lease Administration, Occupancy Planning, Consulting, and Transaction Management services as well as sales for the Markets business focused on multi-market broker-led clients.  Keith also held various sales, marketing, and client management positions with IBM Corporation.

Keith holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Marquette University.
