Kelli joined Avison Young in 2020 as a consultant with the Avison Young Consulting Services group.  

Kelli serves as a single point of accountability throughout the workplace intelligence process. She helps to gather information regarding clients’ business strategy, culture, technology and real estate/space. Based on collected qualitative and quantitative data, she helps to align the workplace strategy in order to enable business operations grounded in efficiency, effectiveness, personnel satisfaction, performance, and providing the right environment. She develops a communication plan in collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver projects in accordance with the scope of work. Kelli also manages project meetings, leads project deliverables, identifies and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet all quality goals. Kelli also has experience in program management- guiding clients through the design, construction, furniture and relocation process.
